Parker Rewards
The Parker Rewards Program was an initiative aimed at motivating Sales Associates, whether at Bass Pro Shop or independent Parker Bow dealers, to excel in Parker Bow sales. I created a responsive website using a template, customized in Dreamweaver to integrate with the back-end database. Graphics used on the website were edited in Photoshop, resulting in a user-friendly platform for associates to sign up, log in, track their Parker bow sales, and redeem their Parker Bucks for free bows. Through my leadership, the rewards program saw significant success, resulting in a notable 15% year-over-year increase in both crossbow and compound bow sales through our dealers. Zamma
The Zamma Corporation's management team desired a website capable of seamless updates by internal staff and serving as a vital information hub for their customers. Recognizing the importance of visual storytelling, I wove my creative direction for photography into the site's development process, ensuring that every image resonated with the company's brand identity and message. I successfully developed the site using a drag-and-drop CMS, implementing a custom template to give it a distinctive appearance while ensuring effortless future updates. Additionally, SEO work was done to successfully lift it in the page rankings, enhancing user experience and search engine visibility. Click here to view the website.

- Revamping the e-learning section of vpc.com to better communicate the various products that VPC has to offer.
- Enhancing the look and feel of the product pages to explain the features and benefits.
- Integrating video to demonstrate the product, explain web tools and communicate the company's vision.
